We provide select house wines and maintain an extensive list of exceptional wine options. Kosher options available upon request. All products and pricing are subject to change, based on availability. Substitutions will be of comparable value and quality. Sales tax is not included in bar package pricing. The current tax rate is 10.25% and is subject to change.
Shots and straight up drinks are prohibited. Consumption bars are not permitted. Bar staff, service and set-up is provided and billed through your caterer. Caterers will be responsible for providing mixers, soft drinks, ice, glassware and all garnishes.

Is there a rental minimum?
Friday evenings through Sunday, there is a $3,500 rental minimum, not inclusive of any services i.e. labor, equipment rental, and bar.

Is there a bar minimum?
There is no bar minimum, bar count is based off your final guest count.

Can I bring in my own catering?
You are required to work with one of our exclusive catering partners (for all food and non-alcoholic beverage needs). None require a minimum, please reach out to our exclusive caterers directly for pricing.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No, we are not a BYOB venue, you are required to secure a bar package through Venue SIX10.

Do you allow donated alcohol?
With Venue SIX10 approval, non-profits (501 (c)(3) may bring in donated alcohol, which needs to be accompanied by an invoice from the supplier or distributor. A corkage fee will apply depending on the type of alcohol donated.

How do I book my event?
When ready to book, we require a signed Facility and Services Agreement, along with a non-refundable facility deposit. For payment we accept check, ACH deposits or all major credit cards. We do not charge a processing fee on payments.

What happens after my event is booked?
Your sales representative will loop in our production team to assist in coordinating the logistics for your event. They will coordinate meetings to review your technical needs, design a custom floorplan, provide equipment pricing and review vendor logistics.

Who will be on-site during my event?
An experienced Venue SIX10 Event Manager will be on-site from set-up until every vendor leaves the building. Venue SIX10 also provides building security, housekeeping, and engineering during your event.

Do you have on-site parking?
We do not have on-site parking. Discounted parking is available at the Grant Park South Garage located at 325 S Michigan Ave. With Venue SIX10 front desk validation, the rate is $9 for 12 hours. This garage is managed by SP Plus Corporation and not Venue SIX10.

Do you have audio visual capabilities?
Our facility rentals include built-in AV in most spaces. Additionally, we maintain an inventory of equipment to support your event. Depending on your program, our Production team will add the necessary in-house AV Tech labor and equipment for your event.

Do you have exclusive vendors for, AV, entertainment, décor, or floral?
Venue SIX10 maintains a preferred list of experienced, vetted and insured vendors. We are able to work with other vendors. Please speak with your sales representative for our preferred vendor list or requirements for other vendors.

Do I need to provide my own insurance?
A client certificate of insurance is required. Please speak with your sales representative for additional information and requirements.

Do you have recommendations for nearby hotels?
Yes, there are several hotels within walking distance. Please ask your sales representative for direct contacts.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Venue SIX10 welcomes all guests and complies with ADA requirements. Various levels of accommodation are available to our guests who require accessibility.

Is bag/coat check included with my rental?
Bag/Coat check is available for an additional fee. Coat check is required October through April.

Is there a loading dock or freight elevator?
Yes, our loading dock is located between Michigan Ave. & Wabash Ave. and is best accessed via Harrison St. The dock is ground level, and our freight elevator provides access to every floor within the building.
